“THROUGH THE JUDGE'S LENS: MASTERS' INSIGHTS & PHOTO CRITIQUE WORKSHOP,”
The Rehoboth Beach Museum invites you to a special evening with the judges of the Delaware
Beach Life Photography Contest. Meet the distinguished panel who selected the winning images
currently on display:
Terry Plowman, founder and publisher of Delaware Beach Life Magazine, brings decades of
experience as a writer, photographer, and darkroom technician for newspapers and magazines.
Carolyn Watsons photography career spans over 20 years, during which she published more
than 2,000 photos in Delaware Beach Life Magazine, including six covers. Her expertise ranges
from weddings and beach portraits to commercial and wildlife photography.
Eric Coverdale, a Sussex County native and University of Delaware graduate, discovered his
passion for photography after retiring from visual merchandising in 2013. A member of the
Mispillion Art League, he specializes in architecture, city life, and local landscapes.
The evening begins with the judges sharing their decision-making process for this years winning
photographs. Theyll discuss what makes an image exceptional, from technical excellence to
creative vision and storytelling power.
Following the presentation, attendees can participate in a critique session. Bring up to two
photographs (printed or on tablet/laptop) for personalized feedback from our expert panel. This
interactive workshop welcomes photographers of all skill levels.
Tickets are limited, so reserve early online at rbmuseum.org or by calling the museum at 302-
