Alexandria : 1 on 7/6/2025 2:13 am This was our first trip to Rehoboth Beach, and while the area and location of the hotel were fantastic — right on the boardwalk and steps from the beach — the room conditions completely ruined the experience.
The floors were wet when we arrived, and everything stayed damp the entire time. This felt like more than just typical beach air. The room was very outdated, with old, flimsy blankets and small, lumpy square pillows instead of real ones. It felt uncomfortable and unclean. One night, we even saw a huge cockroach crawling outside on our patio.
Despite paying for the full stay, we ended up leaving a night early because I couldn’t sleep there another night. We did enjoy the pool and loved being close to everything, but unfortunately, I wouldn’t stay here again unless the rooms get a serious overhaul.

Im back again and it’s the same thing. I can’t even avoid it because the vent is above the kitchen area where everything happens.
It’s so obvious this is happening because the bottom of the cabinets are rotting from being splashed on. It’s gross. It’s just so gross. I don’t want to be surprise splashed by rusty water. I don’t care how many stars your hotel is.
Please fix it.
