Bella Terra Landscape and Garden Center

Bella Terra handles our landscaping in Spring Lake 7. We contracted with them about 5 years ago. Julio, our property manager from Bella Terra, has been so great to deal with. He has helped through many landscaping projects. We signed on for the snow removal in case of snow. When this snow storm came through (2/26), they were plowing through the night. I woke up in the morning and our streets were clear and salted. Most people I know in town (2 days later), haven't even seen a plow. Every time I saw Bella Terra trucks, Julio was there. They came back on Tuesday (storm began Sunday afternoon and continued through Monday afternoon - 20 inches of snow) and cleared parking spots from cars that had been moved since.

Bella Terra has done it again. We had Rebecca design our new landscaping and Mike and the crew installed it. This is the second home where we have had them do work and we love the finished product. The difference is amazing. They are responsive, respectful and show up on time and work until it’s done. True professionals. We also had them reconfigure our irrigation system. Again, top notch. I highly recommend this company if you want quality work done.

Had another great experience with Bella Terra this morning! Justin Bartels has been wonderful to work with during the planning stages and now the dream is beginning to materialize. Josea took care of the sprinkler head that will be under the new deck extension and DJ and his team installed a new pop up drain to move the water away from under the deck. Everyone has been on time, responsive and a delight to work with.

It is clear that these people enjoy working for Bella Terra and it shows in their results and their attitude. They are proud of what they do and they do it well. DJ calls it the Bella Terra experience that gives you the assurance that the job will be done right. Under the visionary direction of Justin, I look forward to the patio and landscaping that will add to the deck extension and I will sleep well knowing it will be done right.

The work is 95% complete and we are very pleased. It is more like a work of art than just landscaping.

The hardscape team: Mauricio, Pablo and Josh excelled at laying pavers and building the fire pit and sitting wall.

The landscape team: Mike, Anibal and Henry sculptured the beds and even transplanted two mature plants successfully as they dressed up the hardscape.

The irrigation team: Jose and Oscar returned to rearrange the irrigation system to adapt to the new plan.

Both Justin (the visionary landscape architect) and Jimmy (the onsite project manager) worked well overseeing all that was done.
