Bottom line: You are paying for the view and the experience, not the food. If you are OK with that, then this can be a fun visit.
The view is outstanding as one sits up high enough to see the ocean, beach, bridge, and river. The food is mediocre and as many others have said, significantly overpriced. However, that cost is for the location.
I had the Big Kahuna Burger. Fine and forgettable, but not awful. I tasted my wife's fish tacos and they were also fine and bland. Two of my kids had the fish and chips and that is what I wished I had ordered.
Tip on the parking fee: If you don't have an annual pass, plan a visit here the same day you go to other locations within the Delaware Seashore. The out-of-state parking fee is $20 per day, but not per location. For example, today we paid the $20 (on the website via the QR code) and parked here, Conquest Road Beach Parking, and the Fresh Pond Trailhead.

Fast seating, no wait when we went and a quick overturn of tables. Drinks and food arrived quickly. Had a watermelon crush which was made with watermelon puree(sometimes fresh but not tonight, it was still good though)! The island bowl was very tasty with a peanut sauce and the rice was cooked perfectly. Everything was prepared nicely and looked very appetizing. Our server Rae wqs very tentative and friendly! This is also a kid friendly menu and place. We will certainly be visiting again!

I really like this place. I been here twice. Both times in April. Since it was early in the season, the place wasn't crowded. The food is simple bar fare, but I've liked my meal both times. First time I had fish and fries. Second time was a yummy burger with fries. Again, nothing fancy, but I really enjoyed my burger.
One of the things I like most is the views. On one side, the beach and ocean. On the other, the Indian River Inlet Bridge.
I will definitely be back next time I'm in town.
