This was a wonderful stay. The rooms are clean, well lit, newly renovated. The balconies offer a nice place to sit. Our dog joined us for this visit and we were so happy that she could - we initially planned this for her 15th birthday because she loves the beach. However, the five stars is because of one person who works there - Tory.

We had an initial stay planned for earlier this week, and due to an emergency, had to call and cancel. Tory went above and beyond and is not only an excellent representative of the Breakers, but a wonderful, kind and empathetic human. Once the dust settled and we were no longer needed, we decided we would take a few days and get out of town. We thought about doing something closer to home because we had just gone through the wringer, but we realized that the way Tory and the business operated - that was where we wanted to spend our money. We truly re-booked the Breakers because of Tory’s kindness and actions, and we are so glad we did. While the stay was wonderful, it is Tory that brought us there.

What an excellent representation of a good human, and the Breakers is so lucky to have her. We truly thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Very nice place to stay perfect location within walking distance to the beach, Rehoboth avenue and numerous restaurants and bakeries. Highly recommend. The staff was very nice, the facility was immaculately clean inside and out. The manager, Joanne, is awesome and whatever they're paying her is not enough!!

The complimentary breakfast is minimal.... It would be nice to have some hot items like they did in the past.

Stayed here a few years back and it was way better for the cost. No longer offers hot breakfast, truthfully with the limited offerings it shouldn't even be advertised as breakfast. Rooms were on the surface clean, but after dropping something on the floor and looking under the couch it's a different story.
Positive is, it's close to the beach and offers quick access to the Rehoboth experience. However, we'll try a different place rather than be repeating this one again. Way expensive for what it is.
