Girl taking my order looked annoyed with me and cut me off mid-order while I was listing the ingredients I wanted. I was simply just placing an order… what else am I supposed to do? She then went ahead got the order wrong. No other customers were even there, so to get the only order you were working on wrong is pretty embarrassing. Maybe she should be fired because she couldn’t do her only job right.

Stopped in at Capriotti’s on Savannah Rd in Lewes and left pretty disappointed. One of the cooks clearly wasn’t happy about having to make me.and another customer's sandwiches and he actually muttered that we were annoying because he was "trying to cook bacon." Pretty unprofessional to insult customers within earshot — we were literally just ordering lunch.

The woman taking our order didn’t know that a combo could include coleslaw instead of chips. I tried to ask, and she insisted multiple times that chips were the *only* option, even though the sign clearly said otherwise. It's frustrating when staff doesn’t know the menu options.

Food was decent, but not worth the attitude and confusion. Won’t be back anytime soon.

Ordered delivery, the salad with grilled chicken. It was lousy. Supposed to have been mixed greens but was nothing but chopped iceberg lettuce that they probably put on the subs. The grilled chicken had absolutely no taste. It looked like the prepackaged cooked chicken you buy in the grocery store. Definitely not fresh grilled chicken breast. Not worth the money.
