Confucius is hands down the best Chinese restaurant out there. We have been coming here for 12+ years and it’s always great. The salt and pepper shrimp are amazing and the Peking duck never disappoints.

Hands down, this is by far the best Chinese food locally. I started with the Shanghai Wonton Soup. The aromatic, clear broth contained silky tender shrimp and pork filled wontons that were so delicate and tasty that they melted in my mouth. I followed this up with the Hunan Beef. This generous portion of medium spicy, tender thinly sliced beef was incredibly succulent and flavorful. Service was super friendly and attentive. I can't wait to go back.

A very nice little hidden place, right off the main strip. A rare find these days to see nice sit down Chinese restraunt with table service, that isn’t pretentiously modern. The focus is clearly on the food and you can tell! I would recommend and will be coming back more to try more dishes and share the large portions with friends
