A very comfortable and easy going experience. The drinks and food were excellent. I especially enjoyed the Bloody Mary which I thought was a perfect blend of alcohol, spices and mix. The burger with crabmeat and the crabmeat tacos were a home run. Nice relaxed atmosphere with great views. Our server was RayChill. She was awesome.

We recently ate at the Crabcake Factory Bayside. Easily, one of the most uncomfortable dining experiences I have ever had.

The food itself was very good…crab cakes were flavorful and lived up to expectations, and overall a solid meal.

Service was good. Nothing particularly memorable, but nothing terrible either.

Unfortunately, the biggest issue was the dining room. The dining area we were seated at was extremely hot (over 85 degrees) …needless to say it was extremely uncomfortable. We asked to move to a cooler section of the restaurant, and while there were multiple open tables available, we were told no.

Bottom line: good food, average service, but the atmosphere made it hard to enjoy. I’d hesitate to recommend this spot during the summer unless the HVAC issue is addressed
