This was THE BEST gluten free pizza! Absolutely delicious…sauce had the right blend of spices, the dollops of ricotta were so creamy and the crust was to die for (probably made with GF caputo flour). A couple next to us said they drove an hour to eat their GF pizza! Well done Crust & Craft - #Mile20Podcast would go back to Rehoboth for this pizza!

This was out first time visiting Crust and Craft and I am so happy to have found it(especially because Grandpa Mac where I used to get gluten free & dairy free options is going out of business) The gluten free crust must be made in house because it was excellent and they used just the right amount of dairy free cheese. I also like that they didn't use a ton of tomato sauce! The food came out so quick, especially the Brussels sprouts we ordered as an appetizer!

My husband and I were excited to try Crust and Craft after reading so many glowing reviews—unfortunately, our experience fell short of expectations. We ordered the Tempura Cauliflower, the Queen Pizza, and The Killer Bee Pizza. While the flavor combinations and ingredients were fresh and promising, the execution, particularly in terms of cooking, left a lot to be desired.

The Tempura Cauliflower had a delicious sweet heat from the honey-glaze, and jalapeños, and the tempura coating was nicely crispy. However, the cooking was inconsistent—while the smaller pieces were cooked perfectly, the larger ones had the unmistakable crunch and flavor of raw cauliflower, which really detracted from the dish.

The Killer Bee, a pan-style square pizza, was the standout of the night. The balance of hot honey, ricotta, and chili created a unique and flavorful bite that we both enjoyed.

The most disappointing item, sadly, was the Queen Pizza. Despite the use of fresh ingredients, the pizza was extremely soggy, making for a very unpleasant texture overall.

We really wanted to love this place, and there's clear potential here, especially with the creativity of the menu. But unfortunately, the inconsistent preparation made this visit underwhelming.
