From the moment we walked through the doors at Dewy Beer Company until we exited, we were welcomed by cheery employees. We’ve enjoyed the DB brews from afar, but this was our first in person visit. We were visiting from out of state over Thanksgiving week and were on the early side for dinner, so there wasn’t the normal hustle and bustle you read about in peak season. From drink suggestions based on our preferences to “good choice” comments when we ordered dinner, Joe made us feel right at home. We all enjoyed our meals (a hot honey fried chicken, granny chicken panini, house burger, Dewey burger, kids mac and cheese, and kids cheeseburger) and definitely will visit again. Some of us had the salt and vinegar fries (which were not overpowering), while others stuck with regular fries - both were yummy. The drinks were delicious (we knew they would be), and we were able to get some to-go cans to enjoy later. Dewey Beer Co. is a must stop if you’re looking for good food and drinks with great service and a beachside vibe. Our next visit’s dilemma will be what do we try next?

Visited for the first time on a rainy, windy, Memorial Wknd Saturday around 12:30pm for lunch and beer.
Upon entry we were told 15-30 minute wait; however, server came by, asked how many we were (3), and said he might have a table available. He did, and we were seated right away. Yes! We were brought to the very busy, bustling dining area. Tables were close together and all tables were full. Table next to us was an 8 top-adults and several young children.
It was extremely loud--concrete floors creating an echo/reverberation of voices, eating, clinking, etc.
We almost didn't stay, as we couldn't even talk with each other. We mentioned this to the young man who brought us water, who said he understood and to let him know.
A woman who seemed to be manager came to check in, telling us no other tables available, but she understood it was extremely loud.
*Note- there is an outdoor patio area with tables with umbrellas, but due to rain and wind it wasn't open.
We decided to stay. My wife and I split a shrimp po boy with sweet potato tots; our son the beach burger w fries.
Both were excellent!
I came really wanting to check out their beer.
I tried two 6 oz pours--their flagship IPA Swishy Pants and Tide Motel- a DIPA collab with Troegs.
Both had a strange, harsh, lemony astringency.
Both were also very similar... too similar for being technically 2 different styles- hazy NEIPA and American DIPA.
I also tried a 6 oz pour of El Trono, a 4.5% Mexican lager. It arrived looking sad and lifeless- no head-- and no aroma. Taste was just ok. Nothing notable, nothing offensive.
The beer selection was largely IPAs (9), which I love, but many used same hops, so wondered if all taste similar.
3 fruit beers , 2 pale ales, 4 lagers, 1 stout.
Would definitely go back when outside tables are open, as service was exceptional- friendly and accommodating-- and food was excellent!
Would also try a few different brews as well.
Cool merch, too, but I need to really like the beer if I'm gonna wear/advertise their brewery.

Great beer, great food, great staff and so beautiful sitting outside on a Friday evening. Family friendly too which is plus! Will definitely be returning.
