I have stayed here a few times in the past years with my family & it’s always been very welcoming/friendly. It’s so convenient that it’s within walking distance to most things as well! I think the only subpar thing I noticed was the cleanliness, it wasn’t horrible but has room for improvement!

Great location. Only 1 block from the beach and within walking distance to many amenities. The staff was friendly and very accomodating. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. Nice 3-6' deep pool, very clean. Special thanks to Karen and Lainey at the front desk. We look forward to staying here again......soon!

Loved everything about this motel. Friendly staff, clean, great value, 3-6' deep pool - diligently cleaned, convenient parking. Fabulous location - one block from the beach and close to all kinds of amenities, all within walking distance. Close to the Maryland border and Ocean City. We enjoyed a great family vacation!
