Fish On

We were genuinely delighted by our visit to this hidden gem in Lewes. Arriving during happy hour, we were pleased to see such a wide selection of offerings. Our group sampled the fish tacos, Caesar salads, and shrimp starters - all served in generous portions and tasting wonderfully fresh. I went for the burger, which was a bit on the messy side but packed with flavor, topped with coleslaw and a tangy barbecue sauce. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us. With reasonable prices and great service, it's hard to go wrong here.

While on Fourth of July vacation I tried a wood fire pizza joint btw delicious however an error mixed up my order I called them because it was definitely not what I wanted but paid $4 extra toppings. The manager was very polite and apologetic I told her I want bring it back, she took it corrected my order and gave me a $20 gift card that caters to their business but several others called SoDel. I decided try seafood you can’t be a Rehoboth Beach and not eat seafood. I decided after reading reviews and the distance I went with Fish On restaurant walking distance from the hotel. Me and my two grandkids only for carry out because we just left the and definitely not dressed for the atmosphere we saw after getting there cool. The hostess was as polite as she could the face told me different but nice. We ordered fish/chip, kids mac /cheese , shrimp and grits all delicious. Someone brought the order to us my grandson (20yo) accepted it on to the car we go. He like Moms where are the paper towels, I asked why he said the liquid came thru the bag onto the car floor. This is because whoever packed the bag turned the shrimp/ grits meal on its side and the liquid leaked out by the time we got to the car and sat it down. I took everything out and dried up the greasy floor left the bottomless bag where we parked. I would love to come here and sit have dinner because it’s my type atmosphere and wouldn’t count it out when back in Lewes DE. They deserve me trying again. I want to try again to see if I’m wrong and get the right vibe for me and my family. Again food presented was delicious!

Amazing ! Hosted my wedding at Fish On in Lewes for about 60 people and i could not have asked for a better day! Incredible food and the service was top notch, Mark the GM was the best. Thanks to everyone that helped throw and incredible wedding!!!
