Fox's Pizza Den

A few weeks ago, I visited your Millville location. I sat for about 20 minutes without anyone offering me a menu or even acknowledging my table. The server, who I believe was Venezuelan, had a noticeably poor attitude. As a fellow Hispanic person, I was surprised and disappointed by the lack of basic courtesy and respect. When I calmly explained that I felt the service was discriminatory and unprofessional, she just laughed, ignored my concerns, and walked away. My family and I felt so unwelcome that we left.

Today, I decided to give your Selbyville location another chance. At first, everything seemed fine the appetizers came out and the service was okay. However, once the food arrived, I saw a cockroach about two inches long crawling on the chairs, tables, and even near our food. At first, we tried to ignore it, but it eventually made its way right to our booth, crawled next to me, and went across our table. This was extremely unsanitary and made me feel sick to my stomach.

I immediately canceled the rest of my order and asked to speak with a manager, as Delaware health and food safety laws (Title 16, Delaware Code) clearly require restaurants to maintain a sanitary and pest-free environment for customers. The staff told me the manager was aware but never came out to address my concerns directly. Instead, they just gave us a 10% discount, which honestly felt like an insult given the circumstances.

I only ate one slice of my meal and ended up leaving feeling nauseous and disappointed. I genuinely do not understand how a restaurant can continue operating under such conditions that clearly violate basic health codes. I hope this feedback encourages you to take this seriously and make the necessary improvements for the safety and well-being of your customers.

I ordered a turkey provolone hoagie with everything but hot light mayo / oil
I have no clue what this is … but its toasted melted cheese tastes like a blob of melted stuff!
For the record I’m not comparing what “I’m used to in Northern Delaware … but come on guys… no one asked you to toast my hoagie! This is odd and clearly this isn’t subway

After calling three times and being told the driver was out for delivery now they said they never had my order. $45 and no refund. Doordash says fox marked it delivered and they can't refund me. Fox pizza offer no resolution. No sorry no thing. I will never recommend them. Horrible customer service.
