Friendly's

Shoutout to the new ownership group at Friendly's in Rehoboth Beach! Another great meal with attentive service. Lina was amazing at taking care of us. The kitchen crew did a fantastic job considering there were several large groups dining there. And hat's off to the manager Oscar! This guy is great!! Very attentive to the customers, checking in on the tables frequently, and working his butt off. I understand there's a new ownership group for this location, and if you've been here before, do come back and experience all the improvements!

Waited quite a while to be seated and there were only 2 occupied tables. The man who sat us at our table had us wait while he wiped it down (again, only 2 tables in use), and told us we had to order right away because they were closing in an hour and a half. They turned away a large that came in after us, and sat random people, turned away others. I tried to order and was told no to my first 3 tries. My husband ordered tea and it looked and tasted horrible. Both drinks came in chipped glasses. His quesidilla came with sour cream that looked like it had been scrapped from leftover dishes- it had pieces of quesidilla in it! He never did get his soup. My food was ok, not great. Did not even want to stay for ice cream. Finally, after waiting half an hour for our bill, we gave up and went to the front to pay. Will not be returning.

I went in at dinner time- very busy, but got excellent service, A quick takeout order,
And the cafeteria was full ! Plus, they were training kids that were excellent, And did exactly as their trainer told them to do. !

I did notice as the prices go up
The portions do get more generous! You definitely get your money and the quality of food is excellent in a matter what time you come in to Rehoboth Beach Friendlies! The staff is super friendly always, And truly appreciate your business!!
