Amazing fish and chips served on newspaper-like wrapper for real authenticity. The food was delicious including the mushy peas. Service was quick, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The decor inside is fun and prices are economical. We will definitely be back!

What a fantastic discovery in Lewes and the Boardwalk sister location Go Fish!
Adorable chip shop with a robust menu of British classics. The fish & chips is authentic in quality, taste and presentation. A huge portion of perfectly battered and fried fish atop pile of delightful chips with a side of creamy cole slaw that tasted homemade.
The shop is decked in British swag offering a casual unique dining area.
Service was warm, friendly and attentive.
Our drinks were delivered quickly and our food was served piping hot.
This is simply the best fish & chips I've ever had outside of Great Britain. PERIOD.
I've ordered fish & chips countless times here in the states most are perfectly fine...some total duds.

This place has GREAT fish & chips. Not just good. I mean Great.
Yes, it's storefront atmosphere and in the mid afternoon the staff was overwhelmed, but the fish & chips were Great.
Good quality fish, tasty batter and cooked to perfection. Chips are not the fat steak fry variety, but thinner and appropriately crispy. They stood up to a little splash of mart vinegar.
Dang this was a good meal. Just don't bother with the mushy peas unless you are a pea fan or homesick.
