Grotto Pizza

I was really disappointed with my experience. The Alfredo pasta was extremely dry and had very little sauce, which made it hard to enjoy. I politely asked for extra sauce, but was told that the manager said there would be an additional $3 charge. I understand businesses have policies, but for a dish that was already lacking sauce, it was frustrating to be charged extra just to make it edible. I hope they consider improving the consistency of the dish and being more accommodating when customers feel something isn’t prepared properly.

We have had multiple great experiences here! This location has grown into our “locals” hangout! The main reason is because of the bartender that consistently goes above and beyond…. Jacqi! Although she is a Dallas fan, she is hands down the best bartender to hang with on football Sundays! Actually, since we moved here in 2019, she is the reason we visit each week! Oh yea… the food is delicious and the entire staff is like family! We also adore Amanda at the bar on a Friday…. You can’t go wrong,!

The pizza was amazing! Even though the restaurant was busy, the service was excellent. The staff was friendly, attentive, and kept everything running smoothly. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!
