DO NOT RENT. Photos look nice but people do not care about customers. The rental we got was so stinky and hot- they limit your AC use by putting a governor on the unit. It never cooled when we tried to get it down. In The middle of summer it was just unbearable, especially at night on the second floor.

There is a standard and expectation that there should be soap, sponges, laundry detergent, and everything else that you would get in an Airbnb. Unfortunately, they dismissed me and did not take my concerns seriously.

EVERYTHING IS OLD AND DATED. The laundry The beds were horrible, the pillows were worse than bricks, vacuum cleaner was broken and wouldn’t work.

They do not take comfort or their customers seriously. BEWARE.

We use Jack Hickman for our Beach House Rental (Henlopen Dr. South Bethany, DE) and Meredith Is sweet and such a pleasure to work with. This is a smaller Agency and gives a more personable experience vs the bigger realtors that just get you in and out. We chose Meredith to represent us after interviewing 5 other Realtors. They are also in the process of upgrading their online booking and other modern technologies.

So helpful and laid back. Last 2 years booking was easy. Both women working in the office are so great! Helped us find the perfect vacation property for our large family and gave us some helpful tips about how to get the most out of our stay.
