I would suggest that if you are looking for a good Realtor you DO NOT pick this one. They are never in the office, you leave messages and no one calls you back. I honestly don't think they know what they are doing. I submitted an application for a rental unit on 4/8/2026. The listing agent was Kristine Duran. When we called she was not there so we were forwarded to Robb Kimbles. We told him we were interested in the townhouse and wanted to put an application in. We faxed the application on 4/8/2026. We tried to contact him over the next several days but he was either out of the or we left a message with no call back from him. When we finally reached him he gave us more paperwork that he needed. We completed that paperwork. Waited a couple of days and called him again.Still had no idea if we were considered for the townhouse. We have an emotional support cat, which he new from the beginning because we submitted the paperwork that was needed for the Emotion Support Animal. This included a letter from my original doctor, from Connecticut and the card I carry in my wallet. Robb stated he didn't think they would want the animal. We waited 3 more days and then we received a call from Robb the owners wanted an up dated doctors letter. I called my doctor that day and received the letter the next, and I forwared it to Robb immediately. We were told that he would be out of the office for the weekend but he called and said he received the paperwork and would be trying to push it through for us. This morning we called and left a message at 9:30 to call us back, Kristine called us back and said they would let us know this morning. I told her I needed an answer by 12:00. We received a call from the office manager telling us that we were not picked for the townhouse. That took 8 days, especially since Robb new we needed a place by May 12th. This office is not a professional place you want to take your business. I personally think it had to do with the Fair Housing Amendments Act, which protects individuals by allowing their emotional animals to live with them (even when a no pet policy exists. Now this leaves us without a place to move out of state. We close on our house on 5/12/2026. We have no place to go yet. But this time I called a reputable realtor. I will be contacting the Fair Housing Amendment Act to check into this issue so this will not happen to anyone else.
