Ok, here’s the thing: you need an agency and an agent that you can depend on. I’ve found both.
Jack Lingo is the dominant agency in Rehoboth, so that gives you the best options.
But, and here’s the real key, we have an agent we know and totally trust: Gina Venables.
When our previous house went off the market, she found us even a better one.
Then, this year the owners delayed letting renters know if the house was going to be available. The usual September notice never happened. October, November, December came and went without notification. Gina was on top of it all the time, keeping us informed. She got the notice on New Year’s Day and called me immediately that same day. She made my day. That’s client service way above the norm and that’s why I’ll stay with Jack Lingo
