Lewes Oyster House

I believe this was the best dining experience I have ever had. The food was amazing and fresh and so were the desserts. They also had an amazing mocktail selection. I went with a friend for lunch. It was so good, we went back for dinner and the staff was so amazing each time. The kitchen even accommodated me by doing something off menu that they were able to do and were very excited and happy to be able to do it for me. I can’t say enough amazing things about this place and I’ve been meaning to leave a review for several months now. To me personally, it has a Michelin star because I’m willing to make a special trip just to eat here!!

The service was one of the best I have had at a restaurant, though I can't speak for all the waiters ours was attentive, knowledgeable, helpful, and kind.

The food was also incredibly flavorful, and thoughtfully presented. They change there menu regularly based on what's available, but can't say enough good things about this place.

If you're in Lewe's or nearby reserve a table and get some great food.

The Lewes Oyster house provides a fantastic dining experience. The atmosphere and bar are great and the inside dining space is cozy and relaxing. The food (especially the oysters) were fantastic and fresh all while being very reasonably priced given the area being a tourist destination. The menu had a wide variety ranging from fantastic homemade chicken salad to various seafood like fried oysters and lobster rolls ensuring everyone can find something to enjoy.

The bar staff particularly were amazing and provided a fantastic service. The drinks were reasonably priced and were very high quality with many featured specialty cocktail options designed by a mixologist that pack a punch while still tasting amazing.

I'd recommend this spot for solo dinners and small groups or to a family looking for a quality meal.

On a specific note I'd recommend trying their milkshake pie for dessert. This was recommended to us by one of the staff members and it certainly lived up to the hype!
