Longneck Deli

This is my first time. Going I ordered 2 cheese steaks both with different toppings. When I got home the orders were both completely wrong. They made me wait on my food for over 45 minutes and it was not busy. When I called back to tell them they messed my order the older lady with dirty blonde hair told me I was wrong and she got the order correct when I told here specifically “ I need two cheese steaks with different toppings. After she was done being rude over the phone she then hangs up on me. This company needs to hire new people who are capable of listening. And not rude with attitude. To the Longneck deli (manager). You should consider sending and undercover shopper so you can see how they truly act when you not there. Sincerely, A Highly disappointed customer. And the cheese steaks look for your self. Money wasted

This is a carryout place. No where to eat in so not much of an atmosphere. Subs are very good, large and professionally made to order. There is an Ace hardware next store so while you wait for your food you can pick up some hardware needs. During the summer season it is usually too busy to answer the phone, so ordering ahead is difficult at best. In the off season it is much better. Be advised, if they run out of bread, they close, so don't wait until late in the day. Lunch or early dinner is probably best to plan for, especially during the summer season.

Wow. Wow wow wow. What a great little hole in the wall deli! When I arrived it was pretty busy and took about 15-20 mins to get my food (next time I might order ahead). Inside, there is a wall of chips to choose from, and a few wall coolers of soda & tea. Also some specialty cold items like dips and salads. You can pick out rolls, pickles from the barrel, and much more. I ordered the large Special Italian, sweet peppers & vinegar on the side. The large is quite massive to put it lightly. It’s definitely family sized! It’s filled to the brim with ingredients. Brought me back to my childhood going to the deli with my dad. Worth the drive & wait! We’ll absolutely be back!
