⚠️ ADA VIOLATION — READ BEFORE BOOKING ⚠️
My wife and I stayed at this hotel and immediately encountered multiple serious issues, including what appears to be a clear violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
First:
The room we were assigned was not cleaned. The beds were unmade and garbage was left on the floor (photos attached). This alone was unacceptable.
Second — and far more serious:
My wife is pregnant and requires a service animal for a disability, protected under federal law. When I went to the front desk to report the unclean room, the general manager was placed on speakerphone and proceeded to aggressively state that dogs were not allowed in the hotel.
I calmly explained that the dog is a service animal under the ADA. Despite this, the general manager (Kimberly Duffy) repeatedly demanded specific medical details about my wife’s condition and pressed for information that businesses are explicitly prohibited from asking under federal law. I was made to feel intimidated, pressured, and coerced into discussing private medical information.
For clarity:
Under the ADA, staff may not ask about a person’s medical condition and may only ask limited, specific questions. This manager either does not understand ADA compliance or chose to ignore it—both are deeply concerning.
Third:
The front desk staff supported the manager’s actions, demonstrating a systemic lack of ADA training and compliance.
This was not a misunderstanding. This was hostile, unlawful treatment of a disabled guest, and it created an environment where my wife’s civil rights were disregarded.
I am documenting this publicly because:
- ADA violations are federal civil rights issues
- Hotels are legally required to train staff on these laws
- Other guests with disabilities deserve to be warned
I strongly recommend that anyone who relies on ADA protections avoid this hotel until management can demonstrate full compliance with federal law.

Very new and clean with a good breakfast. I was given an ADA room which was huge. Door was super heavy and hard to open. Though well built and secure, might need a linebacker for anyone less than average strength to get in/out.
Shower was roll in style with a surprisingly slippery floor, glad it had grab bars. Would stay here again for sure- good price too.

The room was EXTREMELY clean and the staff were so friendly. I would 100% stay here again. Super easy to check in, great lighting, full mirror, nice sized modern tv, modern rooms that MATCH the pictures. Amazing rooms for amazing prices. You won’t get catfished here!
