Called and tried to ask if their beans and rice used dairy or chicken broth or if they were vegan. Spoke to a woman first who got annoyed with my question and hung up on me. Called back and explained I am asking about vegan options and got disconnected, but was wondering if there was someone else available to help. She put a man on the phone who then hung up again. Not sure why the staff is antagonist but their customer service is terrible.

Great food and quick service. The food tasted very fresh and the drinks were also good. The portion sizes are big and more than enough for one meal.

I got lunch, but honestly this cannot be a real birria consommé. Genuinely this looks and tastes like bone broth. We also were not given limes. Honestly for $16 each person I was not impressed. Good amount of meat, but the flavor was lacking. Hoping it improves. The only salsas we got was tomato sauce salsa for chips, not any actual spicy ones.
