Quality Inn & Suites Georgetown - Seaford

I stayed at the Quality Inn for one night with my son and had a great experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. The staff made sure breakfast was ready and everything was organized, which I really appreciated
Janann was especially wonderful she was so kind, helpful, and welcoming. She truly made our stay better with her positive attitude and care. Because of her and the overall cleanliness of the place, our stay was very pleasant.

I would definitely recommend this Quality Inn and would stay here again.

Great hotel and location. The room was clean and spacious. Front desk staff was polite and very helpful. Will definitely stay here again. Easy walk next door for dinner and early morning coffee.

Had a miserable experience at this hotel. It was getting late and I decided to stop for the night to rest. The room i was in had a funny smell (similar to a farrett) but not a huge deal. However, I woke up multiple times throughout the night to discover I had numerous bug bites. I did not see any bugs so the theory is it might have been bed bugs. Around 6 am I went to shower and checkout early since I couldn't sleep and found black mold in the bathroom pictures attached. Location is fine and staff were courteous but just based on this one night, I should have stayed at the Hilton next door...

Update: I called and spoke to the manager. My money was refunded and she said the room will be put out of service. Urgent care did confirm that the bites appear to be bed bugs bites.
