Quality Inn & Suites Georgetown - Seaford

First issue we had was going up to the 2nd floor using one of their carts. After getting out of the elevator, we faced a bunch of steps to get to the hallway leading to our room completely ruining the concept of using a cart. What were they thinking? The room was acceptable except for the amazingly tiny pillows of which I've never ever seen so small in my life. The TV stunk as the channel listing and reality didn't match. No venting in the bathroom. They may not be required to do so, but really? The complimentary breakfast was bleh. Way too much salt in everything. On checkout day, we discovered that our key cards no longer worked as we were trying to go back and forth to the car (recall that the carts are useless). After finally finding the lady who should have been at the desk (she spent more time smoking and talking on her phone outside than attending people checking out) we were let back in the room. All things considered, the next time we travel to Delaware, we will stay elsewhere, even if it costs a bit more.

I was on my way from NYC to Virginia for work as a biomedical engineer. when my car was towed and my phone with it I had to hitch hike ride to get to this place where the lady checked me in right away with curtisey and gave me a very fair rate was amazing. Worried all night how im gonna get a ride to the tow place. when I woke up I found a garden angel name Janann tallent god bless this lady omg she went above and beyond for me to print out my insurance paper mange a ride by a coworker cause there is no Uber I would be going insane or get sick in the cold. if she did take care of me like a mother her warm personality and this establishment for helping out in a town that is 20 years back maybe that's why there's still kind hearted good people like her. I wish I could buy you that hotel. As-salamu alayku sister. I made it to woke safe and sound cause of her. Cheers.

The BEST Hotel l have EVER stayed in! Even better than some five star hotels I ever stayed in ! SOO clean you could eat off the floors! Everything is clean from top to bottom! The rooms and the whole hotel is SOO cozy! The FREE breakfast is absolutely amazing and there is something for everyone, even kids! So nice waking up every morning to the free breakfast ! The staff treated you like family! All staff SOO sweet and accommodating! Never have experienced a staff SOO nice and caring! Also I drank my free coffee every morning on the 2 comborable rocking chairs in front of the hotel! Just a wonderful place to stay and so close to everything! The beaches, Walmart, Dunkin ,Starbucks etc. BEST Hotel I have EVER stayed at. Thank you to ALL the staff for making my stay SOO special! 👏🥰😊
