My room was cleaned and the staff whether it was the early morning ladies or the old man at night time were always polite and friendly. They are upgrading the place so the down stairs is under construction but even those guys are extremely nice and respectful. The guests i encountered during my 5 day stay were really professional and nice and some I enjoyed conversating with. Some late nights put front just enjoying the breeze and some good conversations. Peaceful and relaxing. Now when I came there I was in a tough spot but the staff all made me feel welcomed and anytime you needed something they were there fir you. The young lady Daisey that works at the front desk im the a.m. is the best she is always so kind and helpful. She would would do her job very professionally. If you called down stairs and needed anything she would bring it to your room. Or she would help you in some kind of way. She always there bright and early work with a smile on her face and she greets every individual with with a cheerful good morning and that same smile 🙂 . She's definitely somebody that you would want in front of residence of business . Seeing her in the morning can bring a smile to your day. Now the other lady's are very nice to I like them all. Just I had more interactions with Daisey and she made everyone feel like it was home. Thank you

To everyone, don't waste your time here unless you have no other options. This Quality Inn is offering a mediocre experience......We got into the hotel really late and just needed a place to sleep for the night. At first glance, things seemed normal until the receptionist told us that to get to our room might be hard due to construction (first red flag). She gave us 3 different ways to get to the room (second red flag). We were left confused, so we decided to try and follow the signs in the building. We found the elevator, but it was broken with a sign that said to take the stairs. We found the stairs, but they were moldy, dirty, and couldn't be walked on; there was also caution tape up with a sign that said not to take the stairs (third red flag). Luckily, we found another staircase after walking around the entire building. At the top of the staircase was a Walmart shopping cart being used to carry construction materials while also being used to halfway block off most of the floor that was visibly torn down with holes in the wall, ceiling, and wires everywhere (fourth red flag). They just didn't even put in the effort to block off the construction at all. There was also trash and construction debris on the floors leading to only 4 rooms being rented out on the 2nd floor. This left us wondering, why not just close the whole floor? The room that we were given was dirty, so we had to be relocated to another one. The second room didn't have any appliances that worked and a shower that took forever to get hot. The next morning, I went to try the breakfast, which seemed like leftovers from earlier in the week. I was locked out of the room because our room keys were deactivated 3 hours before checkout. We went downstairs to checkout, and I told the hotel owner and manager about our experience and how ghetto it was on the second floor. At first, they got upset and blamed saying that we went to the wrong staircase. We told them about the broken elevator, broken stairs, and confusing signs everywhere, literally preventing us from getting to the second floor. They had no response. I also told them about the key and they blamed daylight savings for the keys being deactivated early. They then proceeded to tell me that they were sorry and wanted to make it right by giving us a 50% discount on our room. As a condition of the refund, they asked us to meet them in the middle and give them a good review on Google. No problem, I did that and waited a few weeks. I got no refund and called today only for the manager to pretend that she didn't say anything about a refund, that I was in the wrong because I was walking in a restricted area, and that if the experience was so bad, I should just never come back (yes, she said this to me).

I realize they are going through some renovations. 1st thing check in go to the room and someone is in the room, that never happened to me before but I let it go. 2nd Got a new room toilet was clogged and they resolved that. 3rd toilet almost fell over when my son sat on it. 4th I am right down from the office there was knocking on the doors and doors opening and closing over doors from 11pm to 1:30 am couldn't sleep because I had no idea what was going on. While its not totally the hotels fault the tv stations are jacked, you couldn't find anything i wanted to watch. The one thing the place has going for it is the staff is very good and helpful. Will not stay there again.
