Rehoboth Guest House
Our stay at the Rehoboth Beach Guest House was fantastic. Besides being the first time we stayed at a B&B, we really didn't know what to expect. From the moment we opened the front door, the smell of cookies, Chris's wonderful welcoming personality, and the smiles of the other guests. The room was wonderful. The breakfast was delicious. We loved the garden in the back, the plants and decorations on the front porch. It gave a feeling that we were staying with family. We will definitely book another stay at the Rehoboth Guest House.

Rehoboth Guest House
My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Rehoboth Guest House! Garrett, Kristy (?) and all the staff we interacted with were extremely friendly and accommodating. Our parking spot was only about a block away from the house and when we brought our bags in they were carried to our room for us by staff as we were given a tour of the house by Garrett. Our room (#21) was just big enough for the two of us. I didn’t do all my homework prior to booking (third party website) and realized after purchasing that we did not have a private bathroom. Thankfully this didn’t take away too much from our experience. There were 2 full baths and 1 half bath to share with several other rooms; we didn’t run into an issue with having no bathroom available except for on 1 occasion which was still not a huge deal. My partner really enjoyed using the outdoor showers; unfortunately, I sweat very easily and with the July heat I just felt like I was sweating during and after the one outdoor shower I took — as you can see it’s all personal preference but I think they do an amazing job as far as providing options. Breakfast was outstanding each morning with a variety of delicious and unique options to choose from. We are not early risers so breakfast starting at 8:30 was perfect for us. We ate in the common area, on the front porch, and in the backyard some days. Each area provided a peaceful place to sit and enjoy our breakfast. The coffee/refreshment bar was also a well-enjoyed amenity by us. We especially loved the variety of tea options as well as the ice machine. It was a delight seeing so many other queer couples in the home and being able to enjoy our vacation in a safe, welcoming environment.
We were very pleased with our stay as a whole. I would recommend a newer/updated mattress for room 21 as we both agreed it was one of the most uncomfortable mattresses we’ve ever slept on unfortunately. I don’t think this was a house-wide issue though as we heard several other guests commenting on how comfortable their beds were (we were only slightly jealous, lol). It probably didn’t help that two adults were sharing one full sized mattress either, though. Lastly, we did anticipate that the shared bathrooms would have been kept up with a little more considering so many guests are sharing them. I wasn’t exactly confident that the upstairs shower had been cleaned (thoroughly, at least) recently and the trashcan was often overflowing — I ended up dumping it into the big trashcan in the hallway at one point because it had been that way for over two days. We heard the owner speaking about struggling with reliable staffing this summer so we completely understand; I can confidently say that I could have asked for anything to be replenished or cleaned at any point and it would have been done without issue — we just didn’t find any of it to be an inconvenience enough to have to bother the already hard-working staff about it. I would like to note that the common areas of the home were always kept clean and tidy and the cake candles made it smell wonderful inside too.
Overall, we highly recommend the Rehoboth Guest House to all prospective visitors. It’s definitely a bonus if you are seeking a queer friendly environment to stay in as well. Both my partner and I look forward to coming back again with hopes to score a room with a larger bed and private bath next time :)

Rehoboth Guest House
We adored our stay at The Rehoboth Guest House. Our first floor room was spotless, comfortable, and quiet. We LOVED the shower, though the toilet nook was a bit tight. The 'greenhouse' room is lovely to enjoy coffee in, and we had our daily breakfast on the front porch each morning. We had the pleasure of meeting Garrett, and Zorro (the pup), as well as Christine and other amazing folks who male up the team. We felt wholly cared for, wonderfully well-fed, and almost like we were at home, despite being on a getaway/vacation. We can't wait to come stay again :)
