This was my good to place to kick off the summer. However, things have changed. Overall the experience was pleasant. You have the option to dine inside or outside on the deck with the water at your feet. The food was flavorful. Just slightly disappointed the buffet is no longer available.

We tried to go to the restaurant next door, it had a 90 minute wait and the staff over there seemed incredibly indifferent and rude. We had children and older adults with us, not a crowd able to wait for that long. So we figured we'd see if Rusty Rudder had a wait...they have a similar view and we wanted to be seated right away. They were able to make that happen for us. We had a nice table with a great view and we enjoyed the live music! The service was fine, server seemed like she was new, but she did fine. She was warm and nice which is what really matters. The food was fine-good, some things better than others. I had the fish basket with cod, shrimp, a crab cake and hush puppies and I enjoyed it. I do think the food is overpriced but you are really paying for the view/location/entertainment. Oh I had a frozen Blue Hawaiian that was great!!!!

The food was cold. We had to wait to be seated, and they helped other people who came after us before us. The hostess should smile more. It took forever to bring the food. It was very cold; the Ahi tuna was like a brick and had no flavor. The soups were delicious but very cold. Overall, it was a good and fun place, but they need to work on their food.
