As a party of 2, we ordered the seafood stew and eastern shore crab cake - single. The crab cake was great, and I’m a big fan of crab cakes. The seafood stew, however, was small in size, containing only a handful of seafood items, such as 3 shrimps, 3 mussels, 3 clams. Service was amazing, as the staff helped us secure a table and warmly welcomed us. The complimentary crisp flatbread was great as well. It usually gets quite packed, so I recommend making a reservation beforehand during the summer.

I made a reservation for 7 people for my family member's birthday and the only reservation left for the evening was at 9pm. We arrived at 8:50pm just in case space became free earlier (as we know they close at 10pm). Due to it being a Saturday night mid-June, it was understandably very crowded. We ended up not getting seated until 9:30pm due to no tables being available yet BUT the way Salt Air hosts/staff handled it was excellent. They were attentive to us, caring, and offered us drinks/seats at the bar in the meantime and treated us with sincerity the entire time. A special thank you to Jack, the assistant manager, who took great care of us and was even able to treat us with a few appetizers free-of-charge as compensation for how long we waited! On top of that, the food was excellent—every dish was enjoyed and all the plates were cleared. We will absolutely be returning as the staff was exceptional, and even during a busy time, remained very calm and professional. At the end of the day, customers will take longer than expected to finish up and table times won’t always line up. We ended up having a great experience thanks to Jack’s approach in handling it, and we highly recommend eating here!!

This restaurant is wonderful! And a local favorite for a reason. The atmosphere feels casual and fun but the food and drink selections are upscale and delicious! Our party of 4 enjoyed everything we had. The drink menu is unique and the cocktails were very well crafted! The food is seasoned to perfection and served by a knowledgeable and friendly staff. We will definitely be back!
