Newly renovated rooms make this place a great choice for the money. The pool area in the middle is giving "back rooms" vibes😂, but the friendly service at the front is very welcoming. This is a great spot if you're just looking for convenient access to a really nice beach without the crowds of the more southern beaches, since it is an overwhelmingly residential area. Away from all the drama of OC. My only complaint is the very bright lighting at the top of the building. It shines in if you're on the top floor. Otherwise: A nice- low-key alternative at a great value.

My wife and I stayed the week of 6/15/26. We were in room 103. The room was clean but full of furniture. We could only pass from front to back in a single file. The balcony overlooked the rear of the property not such a romantic site considering we were there for a our anniversary. The bathroom had no sink or even a small vanity in it. The sink located in the corner of the bedroom was small and had no room for bathroom item's. It was very dispointing. There were mechanical problems with the ice maker located out side our door causing a banging noise whenever it refilled itself. That problem was eventually corrected after several days. All in all we would not return to the motel. Our very special week was definitely thrown a curve ball.
