Sleep Inn & Suites Rehoboth Beach

The lobby looked nice and has an area to buy snacks, as well as tea/coffee available. Front desk staff was friendly and accommodating when there was an issue with our reservation. The room was well priced and looked recently updated. It wasn't a huge room but very clean. The bathroom had a nice size walk in shower. We didn't use the pool but and the children's pool looked nice. The hotel is in a great location close to a lot of beaches, as well as local shopping and food/convience stores. There was also a decent free breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I booked a last-minute stay at Sleep Inn & Suites by Choice Hotels in Lewes, Delaware, for our 8th wedding anniversary. While our stay did not start out as expected, it ended up becoming a truly memorable experience.

When we arrived, the room we received was not the one we had requested. We immediately went back to the front desk, but unfortunately we were told that another room could not be accommodated at that time. We were disappointed, especially since we were celebrating such a special occasion.

The next morning, while standing in line for breakfast, the General Manager, Carol Powell, came over and warmly asked how we were doing. My husband shared our concerns, and Carol immediately said she would see what she could do. We spent the day at the beach, and when we returned, we were amazed to find that we had been upgraded to a beautiful suite with everything we could have hoped for. I could only give God thanks for the way He turned things around for us.

Carol Powell is as sweet and genuine as they come—she reminds me of Dolly Parton with her warm Southern charm and kindness. She was one of the sweetest people we met during our visit from out of state. I would also like to give a special shout-out to Dana Brunner for helping make our stay so wonderful.

The complimentary breakfast was excellent, and the hot waffles were absolutely delicious!

Thank you, Carol Powell and Dana Brunner, for making our anniversary stay so special. Because of the exceptional customer service we received, I would 100% recommend Sleep Inn & Suites in Lewes, Delaware, to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

we had 4 people stay a 3 night stay here. it was okay! nothing extraordinary but not bad! the beds were okay, not the most comfortable but did the job. i did notice the shower barely had any room for your own bottles and soap. not sure if it was just our room but there was only one tiny shelf which made it difficult for 4 people’s things. the place also only has 1 elevator, but it is a smaller hotel. the rooms were clean, the view was fine. the pool got a lot of action but we did not go in. the breakfast was also okay. pretty standard hotel if you’re visiting the area for a few days.
