The restaurant had a cozy, friendly vibe, and the staff made us feel welcome right away. Service was attentive and relaxed, which made for a really enjoyable dinner My boyfriend ordered the Mango Beef and absolutely loved it. The seasoning was a little on the stronger side, but the lettuce served with it helped balance everything out perfectly. I ordered the Sushi Tacos with snow crab and a side of Brussels sprouts, and both were delicious. The sushi tacos were fresh and flavorful, and the Brussels sprouts were cooked just right.
Everything we ordered was really good, and it was exactly what we needed after a tiring day of exploring downtown. We came in without any expectations and left happy, full, and glad we found this place. If you’re looking for good food, a welcoming atmosphere, and friendly service, Stingray is definitely worth a visit.

Lived in the area a year now. Looked all over for good quality, fresh sushi at a reasonable price. Found it! Tasty, plenty ot parking and lots of seating. Don't bother with the other places. This is the jackpot. Volcano is brought out on fire, korean shrimp is crispy & tasty, not spicy, Eagle nest was texture fun and delicious, crab rangoon wasn't the traditional boring take out. We loved it all.

A quiet, low light atmosphere makes a great setting for a romantic dinner out.
The sushi was divine as were the apps, absolutely crushing the Japanese cuisine game here.
They have the staples like bang bang shrimp and they are done well, let's be real, when you want fried shrimp with that killer bang bang sauce you want it right or youre just dissappointed. They do it right.
The brussel sprouts appetizer was a nice touch at a Sushi restaurant, and a tastey departure from the expected cuisine.
I seriously doubt you'll have any complaints here if you choose it for your next night out.
