Summer Place Hotel

We stayed at Summer Place Hotel. Ashley Biden hosted the Rehoboth Summer Kickoff Party at Diego's to honor of Beau Biden and Blade Foundation’s Steve Elkins Memorial Fellowship in Journalism. We found the accommodations what you would expect for the price. It was convenient to the beach and the bars. There were some cringe moments but for the price, you can't go wrong with this place. Hostel like, the place is a budget-friendly, sociable accommodation and we would stay again.

DONT STAY HERE!! The owner is super rude! He doesn’t like to explain himself more then once… the shower doesn’t get hot even though he claims to have a huge reserve tank.. and that’s just the beginning! The window blind didn’t close fully! The microwave had a left over chicken bag in it, the smell was horrible! The air conditioners had mold where the air blows out! But owner claims they are serviced and clean regularly! I don’t know how this place is in business! It’s worth a couple extra bucks to go somewhere else. Health is way more important than saving a dime to stay here!!

It's a great place to stay close to the beach and the gay bars. An inexpensive option in town to lay your head after heavy drinking at the gay bars. Did not see anyone on check in or check out. Very close to Aqua and Blue Moon. Had dinner at Ava's across the street. That was really good pizza!
