Margarita was DELICIOUS!
Appetizers- Sloppy Joe and Big Pretzel DELICIOUS!
Dessert- Soooo good! Warm cookies with ice cream and toppings.
Lunch - fine but my Son ordered a chicken cheese steak with NO Onions but it came with onions- Disappointing - My son didn’t eat it and it stayed on the bill. He did enjoy the mac and cheese side though.

I’ve seen the commercials and wondered how good Thompson Island would be. And today, I found out and it was good. It was very good. The restaurant space is very well designed and is open yet is private, especially in the booths. If you get confused by all the different beers these days, go with No Bad Days. Excellent beer with great taste and not fruity. Reminded me of beers made years ago. I can highly recommend the spicy chicken sandwich. The chicken was superb and a little tangy which was perfect. Our server was Emma and she made the experience very nice. I look forward to going back soon!

No complaints at all. Very balanced menu with many offerings, which in some cases can lead to inconsistency, however in this case each dish was well executed and delicious. The caesar deviled eggs were fantastic and a very generous portion. Fried chicken platter was excellent, and the salmon was outstanding. Also, I love the fact that they offer salmon on the kids menu, which my son devoured. The service was excellent and prompt. My father sat in a position in full view of the kitchen and was amazed at the incredibly efficient system allowing staff to handle a packed dining room during peak season, as well as cranking out numerous carry out orders. We come to the Delaware shore once a year and will definitely be making Thompson Island a routine stop on our family vacation.
