As other posters note, the chef/owner is sweet and friendly. The food is good but be prepared to wait. We arrived at 8:40, sat at the bar and placed our order shortly thereafter. Coffee drinks arrive promptly but our simple breakfast order took over an hour.

This is a hidden gem in Rehobeth for a healthy breakfast. It was a nice break between all the fried food at the beach to have a light breakfast. Lots of gluten-free options as well! I had the breakfast burrito, no cheese and with their gluten-free tortilla substitute and it was delicious. The homemade hot sauce is lovely. Bacon just right. My husband had a pressed juice. The only critique would be to cook those home fried potatoes much more- add herbs or something to kick up the flavor. The owner was fabulous as was the staff.

Wonderful breakfast dining experience. We were greeted by and had the pleasure of meeting the Owner of this beautiful establishment. We order the Fresco Bowl, Ultimate BLT, Banana Flambe Pancakes and BEC on Everything bagel. THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS. Prices were reasonable and the service was even better. Get the fresh Beet smoothie and latte to wash it down.
